Terms & Conditions for Booking and Cancelation of Service
Imperium Journeys Pvt. Ltd., while providing quote and information for any service/s, act only as a mediator between the a Traveller/Travellers/a Company/ an Agent and all vendors such as hotels, transporters, tour guides and escorts, airlines, railways, restaurants and other service providers as may be involved in the services, subject to their companies terms and conditions under Indian juridical Law.

Tour Itineraries and Schedules
The tour itineraries presented on the website or offered by our staff or representatives are just samples, intended to give you general idea of the scheduled tour itinerary. Various factors such as weather conditions, road conditions, physical ability of participants, technical failure, flight or train delay/cancelation, Govt policy and / or other circumstances which are beyond our control may dictate changes either before the tour or while on the journey. In such cases, we reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip travelers, security, comfort and general well being.

Our Price Offers
The price offered are based on the existing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, transporters, airlines and other service providers etc. These service providers retain the right to modify the rates without notice due to any reason. In such cases the changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by the Hotels, Transporters & Airlines.

Our price normally includes the Govt of India taxes and service tax applicable at the time of making the calculations for the tour services. Any change/hike in taxes, fuel price etc may force us to amend our price offers accordingly before or during the trip. The company retains the right to charge the customer accordingly and the customer agrees hereby to abide by the same.

The company, its employees or any representatives shall not be responsible for any additional expense, discomfort or inconveniences incurred directly or indirectly, due to natural hazards, flight cancellation, weather conditions, act of God, sickness, landslides, political closures, strikes, riots or any unforeseen incidents, any loss or stolen baggage’s and belongings or any other situation/reason/circumstances beyond our control. All baggage and personal belongings are at the client's own risk and the client must keep them safe.

Comprehensive Insurance Plan
Our travel package does not include any insurance policy covering the expenses for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons whatsoever it may be. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage and personal belongings are at the client's own risk.

The following are general terms and conditions for services provided to all our clients. Any terms and conditions specific to individual programs will be attached to each quoted tour cost.

Rates & Payments
  • All rates for our tours are quoted either in Indian Rupees (Rs. / INR) or in suitable foreign currency just for their ready references. For any exchange rate please check currency covert sites; just for your ready references. The company retains the right to decide upon the exchange rate keeping in mind the currency rate offered by various hotels, airlines and service providers.
  • All payment must be in favour of Imperium Journeys Pvt. Ltd.
  • For all bank remittance/transfers or online payments bank fee/charges will be borne by the remitter itself.
  • As per the directions of the local Govt authorities/offices, 100% advance payment will be required before the arrival of the guest in India. The payments can be made in installments (before arrival) if/as agreed by our staff during the course of correspondence. For peak season bookings most of the hotels & vendors provide confirmations after some or full non-refundable payment deposit. The same shall be conveyed during the time of making the booking and will apply to the client accordingly.
  • For air and train bookings the 100% advance payment must be made. Without payment no air and train tickets will be purchased by the company or its representative/s.
  • The flight fares are always tentative unless ticketed. The quoted air fares are based on the availability at the time of quotation and may change later anytime without any notice, unless ticketed.
  • In case of any currency fluctuations or amendment in local Government taxes, or any fuel hike, we reserve the right to adjust the tour price accordingly.

How to pay for the Tour Bookings with us
Our clients may use any of the following method to send us the payments to us for guarantee their booking :-
  • Swift Bank transfer / Wire Transfer - This is the most trusted way, to ensure correct and prompt credit to our account we recommend that remitters route funds electronically in our bank of Imperium Journeys Pvt. Ltd.
  • Online Secure Credit Card Payment Gateway - We accept VISA & Master Cards and these are subject to receipt of authority from local credit card company. If you would like to pay by valid credit card then 5% bank fee and service charge would be applicable in total transaction amount which will be payable by the customer.

Incase asked by the bank for authentication of the credit card payments, we retain the right to ask the card holder to provide us a Payment Authorisation Form (in prescribed format available with us) and a copy of the credit card front side and/or a copy of the passport of the credit card holder. The credit card holder while making the payment to us agrees to abide by this term and confirms to provide us with this information, if and when asked.

Cancelation Policy
While making the bookings with us it is the duty of the customer to read our Booking and cancelation policy carefully. A written cancelation must be sent to the file manager in Imperium Journeys Pvt. Ltd. A written acknowledgement from the file handling executive/manager in the Company is a must process.

The common cancellation charges are as follows which are not applicable in the cases of high season time/festival dates/luxury train bookings/group bookings/flight bookings etc :
a) cancelation received 60 days prior to arrival- no cancelation fee
b) 59-40 days prior to arrival- 25% of the Total amount
c) 39-31 days prior to arrival- 50% of the Total amount
d) 30-15 days prior to arrival – 75% of the total amount
e) Less than 2 weeks or No Show – 100% of the total amount

  • All retention charges as levied by hotels or other suppliers, and governed by our mutual contract with them
  • Cancellation charges over air & train tickets will be as per the policies of the airlines and railway

Refunds & Disputes
Please note there is no refund on unutilized services. Any refund against the advance cancelation will be made only as per the policy of the hotels/airlines/railways etc. we will not be liable for any dispute between the client or any hotel, airline, their staff, company representative or any other party. We will definitely assist our clients to put up the complaint with the concerned service provider and will act only as a mediator for our client and our business associate. We do not take any liability for any refund or compensation in such cases.
