Day 01 : Sightseeing tour in Delhi. Board Luxury train Palace on Wheels at Delhi Cantonment

Morning after breakfast, tour guide will meet you in the Hotel lobby and take you for the magnificent sightseeing tour of Delhi. We begin with a drive past through India Gate. This is also a landmark of Delhi and was built as a cenotaph honor the Indian and British soldiers who died in the World War I and the Afghan wars. The walls of this memorial are adorned with the names of sacrificial victim on it. Located near to India Gate is The Rashtrapati Bhawan the official residence of the President of India also called as the Presidents House which is the largest residence given to any head of the state of the world with 340 rooms. The other places to be visited in Delhi are Rajghat - the burial place of Mahatma Gandhi. An architectural wonder of the Bahai faith - The Lotus Temple. It is a lotus shaped Temple in white colour and is set among pools and the Gardens which give an impression of a floating half open lotus flower bounded by its expand leaves to guests. After the tiring New Delhi sightseeing treat yourself with a sumptuous lunch at famous city restaurant. By the evening, 5 PM we shall transfer you to Delhi Safdarjung Train station to board the luxurious train for a unforgettable experience- Palace on Wheels. Here you will be welcomed by the customarily attired Palace on Wheels staff. After check in formalities get accompany to your saloon by your Saloon assistant. Day 02: Sightseeing tour and Elephant ride at Jaipur

This morning the moving Palace takes you to your first destination - Jaipur located in the Rajasthan state of India is a untouched jewel in the desert sands of Thar. This capital city is famous as the land of Kings and is a must travel destination on every tourists list. Founded by Maharaja Jai Singh II in 1727 is recognized for its eye-catching structural design and town planning with medieval appeal. In Jaipur you can feel the history and royalty that shows its presence in attractive monuments and landmarks. After breakfast visit the marvelous hill fort of Amber constructed in 1592 AD. To reach to the entrance of the fort one has to take an Elephant back ride which again makes you feel like a royal king or queen. Amber Fort has some spectacular palaces, complexes, halls, pavilions and Gardens which you would enjoy visiting. On way to Amber fort we will stop at Hawa Mahal or also called as the Palace of winds, consisting of 953 small windows this monument was specially build in 1799 AD for the royal ladies to see the lane demonstration and activities in city. After lavish lunch at The Palace Hotel head for the other sightseeing monuments in Jaipur like The City Palace, compound that houses an impressive collection of Rajasthani art Jewellery, enamelware, carpets, marvelous range of miniature paintings, weapon store and thousands of ancient manuscripts preserved from the royal family's personal collections. "The Observatory" a customary astronomical instrument built between 1727-34 AD is a noteworthy monument. Evening your Palace departs for Sawai Madhopur. Dinner on Board.


Day 03 : Tiger Safari at Ranthambhore Wildlife Park and & Sightseeing Tour of Chittorgarh

Morning your Palace arrives at Sawai Madhopur Railway station. From here get transferred to Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve an without a doubt the best place to spot tigers. Spread over 392 Square Kilometers. Day 04 : Sightseeing tour of Udaipur - The Romantic City of Rajasthan

Today your Palace reaches Udaipur in morning. The city described as a land with scenic hills, shimmering lakes, marble palaces and beautiful gardens. Udaipur is honoured as the most romantic locale in India. The sightseeing here includes The City Palace Complex - made up of white marble and sprawling architectural wonder it is topped by domed pavilions and cupolas at different levels. You would enjoy the rejuvenating boat ride on the romantic Lake Pichola whic is the hallmark for Udaipur. After lunch at Palace Hotel, late afternoon train departs for Jaisalmer -"The Golden City of India". Jaisalmer is full of forts, havelis, sand dunes and camel rides. It's a unique destination of Rajasthan having miles of sand dunes which makes it one ofIndia's most popular tourist destinations. Dinner on Board.


Day 05 : Sightseeing tour of Jaisalmer and Camel safari in Sam Sand Dunes

Early morning arrival Jaisalmer and proceed for sightseeing tour of this stunning city visiting The Jaisalmer Fort - second oldest fort of Rajasthan built of golden Jurassic stone. This breathtaking fort was constructed in 1156 AD. In Jaisalmer great piece of architecture can be seen through the Havelis which were previously mansions of rich merchant's. Some of them are Patwon ki Haveli, Nathmal Ji ki Haveli and Salim Singh ki Haveli. Also do visit the famous 15th century Jain temples of Jaisalmer. Day 06 : Sightseeing tour in Jodhpur - The Royal City of Rajasthan

Morning arrive at Jodhpur - "The Sun City" which also happens to be the second largest city of Rajasthan state. This Royal city has number of places to be visited in its sightseeing the impressive Mehrangarh Fort founded in 1459 AD by Rao Jodha is the trademark of Jodhpur. Later in the day visit the stylish marble cenotaph of Jaswant Singh II - Jaswant Thada. This stylish cenotaph has been built like a temple with intricately carved marble stone and is a perfectly executed piece of Rajputana structural design. Lunch at Palace Hotel and return back to Palace on Wheels to relax. Dinner on Board. We depart on train Palace on Wheels for next destination Bharatpur.


Day 07 : Tour of Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary, Fatehpur Sikri and Agra

Morning Palace on Wheels arrives at Bharatpur - The home of birders paradise Keoladeo Ghana National Park also known as Bharatpur Bird sanctuary a UNESCO World heritage site. Housing more than 400 rare species of habitant and migratory birds this park is ranked among some of the best bird sanctuaries in the world. From here proceed for Agra and after lunch take a mesmerizing visit to The Taj Mahal - the supreme recollection built for love ever. This white marble burial chamber built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaj Mahal, who died during Childbirth. The construction took not less than 22 years and work force of 20000 skilled laborers and jewelers. The great Love bond encouraged Shahjahan to build this one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Day 08 : Arrive Delhi Cantonment railway station

Morning at 4 AM Palace on wheels returns to Delhi Safdarjung Railway station, here you have an option of early breakfast.
